Taco places with a rooster on Guadalupe Street

 I now don't take for granted places that exist today here in San Antonio.  And this was one of the photos.

I took this photo in 2018 when the taco place was still serving its community. Sadly like anything its fell on hard times and now has a for rent sign. I hope it doesn't get consume with the modern development we are seeing. 

So here is a last memory or a ghost from the past as of what once was.

Lubys Cafe on the Westside

I went by Las Palmas and noticed that Lubys Cafe location has closed its doors. I do believe the one by downtown is still open. Sadly many icons are closing. 

I remember as a child i would go with my grand parents to eat that square fish with the strawberry shortcake. Good memories

I drove by the infamous Camroncito and noticed a renovation.  From what I can tell it looks like it will be a Mexican grocery store.
